These terms govern your use of Systmatk Email Systems ("Systmatk"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Systmatk helps you find business contacts, write outreach emails, and send them from your own mailbox. We provide the tooling. You decide who to contact and what to say.
You agree that you will:
Some safety behaviour cannot be turned off, because disabling it would harm you and other users:
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Included allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
Mailboxes purchased through us are billed separately at cost plus a service fee, shown before you buy.
We do not refund partial periods, except where required by law.
Plan limits are real limits. If your usage threatens platform stability or the deliverability of other customers, we may throttle or suspend your account. We will always tell you why.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, generates sustained spam complaints, or puts the platform at legal risk. Where circumstances allow we will warn you first.
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Deliverability depends on your mailbox provider, your domain reputation, and your content — none of which we fully control. We do not guarantee replies, meetings, or revenue.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your account at any time from within the app.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continued use afterwards means you accept them.
