Private customer checks, with necessary records.

Free admission processes the CSV in your browser. Saving a job sends the CSV, chosen column, requester number and admitted identifiers to this service. Official lookups send only the target and requester fields to the fixed European Commission VIES endpoint.

Hosted account identity protects job access. Original source rows and minimal status/error/time/reference fields are held in the private job store. Full upstream responses, returned names and addresses are not retained by this workflow. Response hashes are integrity metadata.

Access and deletion

Jobs and exports are accessible for seven days. Expired source/result payloads are purged when the expired job is accessed; this release does not claim a separate unattended deletion scheduler. During the access window, the signed-in owner can explicitly remove source and result data. Minimal payment, credit and delivery records remain for accounting and recovery obligations.

Payment fields are entered on the payment provider’s hosted checkout. This service does not receive card numbers. Native identity, hosting and payment providers process necessary service information under their respective policies. Customer results are not public or indexed. Do not submit unrelated registry lists or data you lack permission to use.

No advertising trackers, session replay, model training or marketing mailing list are implemented. Browser currency preference is stored locally. The merchant country is Kuwait; service scope is for legitimate international EU/XI customer verification. Registered seller identity and public business contact will be verified before purchasing opens.

Optional product analytics

PostHog (US hosting) runs only after you accept Analytics preferences. We send allowlisted page and tool-stage events, a random per-site browser and session ID, coarse country and limited referral/campaign categories. We never send file contents, filenames, form values, contact details, account identity or payment/recovery references. Automatic capture, session replay, heatmaps, advertising and person profiles are disabled. You can decline or revoke in Analytics preferences; revocation removes local analytics identifiers and stops further collection. Browser privacy signals are honored. Analytics excludes people who decline or block collection, so it cannot measure every visitor or prove a sale.
