Scope and one-time purchase terms.

This service supports necessary VAT verification by suppliers involved in intra-Community transactions with their own customers. It is not a public registry, a broker lookup service or unrestricted commercial data resale. The source’s purpose, extraction and retransmission restrictions continue to apply; user attestation does not override them.

VIES answers come from national sources and can be incorrect, incomplete or unavailable. Only the allocating authority can correct a record. A valid result does not establish business legitimacy or a right to VAT exemption. This service provides no tax advice, official audit certification or cryptographic proof of authority origin.

Public CSV preflight is free. The planned private pack reference is USD 20.00 for the existing 250 completed-answer credits; official lookups and purchasing remain closed. A catalog change creates no credits and does not reprice accepted quotes or orders.

Review the admitted input and normalization before a job starts. Packs have no subscription or automatic renewal. The reference price, approximate selected display, exact charge and quote expiry are separate. Existing orders retain their original amount/currency and are not rewritten when rates or preferences change.

Completed answers consume credits once; unresolved faults do not. Keep the workspace open or sign in again to resume. No fixed turnaround or unattended completion is promised. Job access lasts seven days; download and retain your records.

Requesting a refund holds remaining credits for review. It does not claim funds have moved. Only a provider-verified refund/reversal changes the recorded payment result. Do not create another payment while a reservation is uncertain.

Commercial purchasing remains unavailable pending exact merchant acceptance and supported source-use review. No payment or production customer lookup is currently offered through this release. The merchant country is Kuwait. Registered seller identity and public business contact are not yet verified; purchasing remains disabled.
